DealHabibi is operated by FLINTLARK - FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 78570). By accessing or using DealHabibi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
DealHabibi is a community information platform where users share, discuss, and vote on deals, discounts, voucher codes, and freebies available in the UAE. DealHabibi is not a retailer, marketplace, or e-commerce store. We do not sell, supply, or fulfil any products or services. We do not set prices, process payments, handle shipping, or manage returns. Deal listings on the Platform are sourced from a combination of (a) community submissions, (b) DealHabibi's own editorial curation, and (c) reference to publicly available product, price, and promotional information from third-party retailer websites, in each case linking out to the relevant third-party retailer. The sourcing and editorial practices described in this Section 2 are further disclosed in Section 10 (Editorial and Curated Content).
All prices, discounts, voucher codes, stock availability, and promotional terms shown on the Platform are indicative at the time of display only, may be out of date, and may differ from those shown on the relevant retailer's website at the time of purchase. You must independently verify all such information directly with the retailer before making any purchase or other decision.
DealHabibi is not a party to any transaction between you and any third-party retailer, even where we have an affiliate relationship with that retailer. Our affiliate relationships do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any retailer, product, or service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DealHabibi. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use any features of the Platform.
To use certain features, you must create an account. DealHabibi uses passwordless authentication via magic link emails. When you sign in, we send a one-time login link to your email address. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. We will have no liability to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your account or access to the Platform.
Operator accounts. DealHabibi may itself operate one or more accounts for editorial, curatorial, administrative, system-test, demonstration, or marketplace-operations purposes. Such operator-controlled accounts are governed by Section 10 (Editorial and Curated Content) and are expressly carved out from the single-account requirement above and from the prohibitions in Section 7 to the extent those prohibitions would otherwise apply to the Platform's own editorial and curatorial activity.
DealHabibi is a community platform where users submit deals, post comments, and vote on content. You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including deal submissions, comments, votes, and any other contributions. DealHabibi does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Platform, you:
DealHabibi employs a combination of automated detection systems and human moderation to identify and remove content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. However, we are not obligated to review, monitor, or moderate any User Content, and we make no guarantee that prohibited content will be detected or removed in a timely manner, or at all.
DealHabibi has no liability for any action or inaction with respect to any User Content, conduct, communication, or posting on the Platform. We do our best to maintain a safe and helpful community, but the volume and nature of user-generated content means that harmful, inaccurate, misleading, or illegal content may appear on the Platform before it is identified and removed.
You acknowledge that by using the Platform, you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, and you agree that DealHabibi shall not be liable for any such content.

The prohibitions in this Section 7 apply to natural-person users of the Platform. They are not intended to and do not restrict DealHabibi's own editorial, curatorial, or marketplace-operations activity, which is disclosed in and governed by Section 10 (Editorial and Curated Content).
The Platform contains links to third-party websites, products, and services that are not owned or controlled by DealHabibi. When you click on a deal link, you leave the Platform and visit a third-party retailer's website. You do so entirely at your own risk.
DealHabibi is not responsible for and has no control over the content, products, services, privacy practices, availability, pricing, or policies of any third-party website. We do not investigate, monitor, or verify the accuracy of deals or the legitimacy of retailers linked from the Platform. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by DealHabibi.
You acknowledge that any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer is solely between you and that retailer. DealHabibi shall have no liability for any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from your interaction with any third-party retailer, including but not limited to product quality, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer service.
DealHabibi contains affiliate links. When you click a deal and make a purchase through our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps fund the operation of the platform. Affiliate relationships do not influence deal rankings, which reflect community signals as supplemented by the editorial activity disclosed in Section 10. Our affiliate relationship with a retailer does not make DealHabibi a party to any transaction and does not constitute an endorsement of that retailer.
10.1 Acknowledgement of editorial systems. You acknowledge and agree that DealHabibi operates a hybrid platform. In addition to content submitted by natural-person community members, the Platform contains, displays, and may continue to display content that is editorially curated, programmatically sourced, or generated with the assistance of automated systems and artificial-intelligence tooling. This includes, without limitation, deal listings, deal descriptions, comments, replies, votes, view counts, and other engagement signals. Some such content is attributed on the Platform to operator-controlled accounts that are not natural-person consumer accounts. Comments, replies, and other commentary appearing on the Platform may be generated by automated systems operating under operator-controlled accounts, which may produce observations or commentary informed by publicly available product information, and which may be displayed alongside content from natural-person community members. Such content is editorial in nature and is not intended as a personal recommendation, endorsement, or first-hand consumer experience. The acceptability of such automated and editorial content as part of the user experience on the Platform is a condition of access.
10.2 Purpose of editorial content. Editorial and curated content is maintained for legitimate platform-operations purposes, including demonstrating Platform functionality, bootstrapping the marketplace, supporting early-stage community growth, showcasing the breadth of UAE retailers covered by the Platform, populating category, store, collection, and event pages, and providing illustrative examples of community-style engagement. Editorial content is not held out as, and should not be interpreted as, a personal recommendation, endorsement, review, or first-hand purchase experience of any natural-person consumer.
10.3 No representation as to authenticity. DealHabibi makes no representation and gives no warranty that any individual deal post, comment, vote, view count, temperature score, ranking position, or other piece of content displayed on the Platform represents, originates from, or reflects the experience, opinion, or endorsement of a real, identifiable natural-person UAE consumer. You expressly agree that you are not entitled to assume, and shall not assume, that any such item is the expression of a natural-person user, and you shall not rely on any such assumption when making purchasing or other decisions.
10.4 No verification. DealHabibi does not investigate, verify, or authenticate the truth, accuracy, completeness, currency, or originating source of any deal, comment, vote, or other content displayed on the Platform, regardless of whether that content is submitted by community members or generated through editorial or automated systems. All content is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You assume full responsibility and risk for any reliance you place on Platform content, and you should independently verify any deal, price, voucher code, availability, retailer reputation, product specification, or other material fact directly with the relevant retailer before making any purchase or other decision.
10.5 Affiliate revenue and ranking integrity. DealHabibi earns affiliate-commission revenue when users click through to third-party retailers and complete qualifying transactions. Affiliate commercial relationships do not, and do not purport to, determine which deals appear on the Platform, the order in which they are ranked, the temperature score they are assigned, or the editorial treatment they receive. The Platform does not sell promoted, sponsored, or paid placements within the deal feed.
10.6 Disclaimer extends to all content types. The disclaimers, limitations, and acknowledgements in this Section 10 apply equally to deal posts, deal descriptions, comments, replies, votes (including hot/cold votes and resulting temperature scores), view counts, badges, profile information, usernames, avatars, ranking positions, and any other content visible on the Platform.
10.7 Indemnification. Without limiting Section 14 (Indemnification), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLINTLARK - FZCO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of or in connection with your reliance on, or any decision made in reliance on, any deal, comment, vote, ranking, or other content displayed on the Platform, whether such content is submitted by a community member or is editorial, curated, or programmatically generated content as described in this Section 10.
10.8 Material term. You acknowledge that the disclosures and acknowledgements set out in this Section 10 are a material part of the bargain between you and DealHabibi, that DealHabibi would not make the Platform available to you without these provisions, and that your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of these Terms constitutes your informed acceptance of this Section 10 in its entirety.
The DealHabibi name, logo, design, and all original code and content created by us are the intellectual property of FLINTLARK - FZCO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners.
User-generated content remains the property of the user who submitted it, subject to the licence granted in Section 5. You may not copy, repurpose, or distribute other users' content without their permission.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement. We will review and respond to valid complaints in accordance with applicable law.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, DealHabibi does not warrant or guarantee that:
Your use of the Platform and any reliance on deal information, User Content, or any other information found on the Platform is entirely at your own risk. You should independently verify all deal information before making any purchase decision.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, FLINTLARK - FZCO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES ("COVERED ENTITIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ANY USER CONTENT, ANY THIRD-PARTY LINKS OR SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Without limiting the foregoing, Covered Entities are not liable for:
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ANY COVERED ENTITY IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL COVERED ENTITIES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO DEALHABIBI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLINTLARK - FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, damages, settlements, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.
DealHabibi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or regulations, sanctions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or disruptions to third-party services on which the Platform depends.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, otherwise such claim is permanently barred.
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
