honestly the suction is decent but the roller design gets hair tangled if you don't empty it weekly, been through enough of these to know that's the bit that matters and the marketing never mentions it

the marketing is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, actual mopping performance reviews are sparse and the hot wash temp sounds impressive until you realise most floors don't need 75°C anyway
